Tiki Wine & Vineyards

Tiki Wine & Vineyards is a sustainably certified family-owned producer based in North Canterbury, New Zealand, run by Royce and Sue McKean. The estate follows the Māori principle of kaitiakitanga – guardianship and protection of the land for future generations – as a guiding philosophy in the vineyard.

The name Tiki honours Royce McKean’s ancestor, Ngāti Uenuku Māori Chieftain Tiki Tere Mihi. The flagship Tiki range, including single-vineyard wines, is designed to express place, people and time through carefully selected fruit and considered winemaking.
