Ziobaffa

Ziobaffa is an organic Italian wine project inspired by the country’s landscape, culture and winemaking traditions. It was created through a collaboration between Castellani Winery, surfer and environmentalist Chris Del Moro, and filmmaker Jason Baffa, bringing together a shared interest in sustainability and craftsmanship.

Under the direction of Piergiorgio Castellani, the wines are made from organically grown grapes using biodynamic and environmentally conscious practices, with the aim of producing authentic Italian wines while respecting the land.
